Hyperbaric Chamber AZ – Boost Healing & Wellness

What is a Hyperbaric Chamber in AZ and How Does It Support Wellness?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) enhances the body’s natural healing process by administering an increased dosage of oxygen in a total body chamber where atmospheric pressure is increased and controlled.

HBOT in a hyperbaric chamber AZ involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber, allowing your lungs to gather more oxygen than at normal air pressure. This increased oxygen concentration in the bloodstream promotes delivery of oxygen to tissues and organs throughout the body, supporting the body’s natural healing processes.

More about the hYperbaric oxygen chamber (hbot)

  • For years, hyperbaric oxygen therapy has been associated with the treatment of decompression sickness, also known as ‘the bends’. This condition strikes deep-sea divers who surface too quickly and don’t allow adequate time for the compressed air trapped in their joints to expand and safely re-enter the bloodstream. Since its initial usage treating divers, HBOT has been tested and expanded as a treatment option for a wide variety of medical ailments.

HBOT treatment for 13 conditions including non-healing wounds, stroke, carbon monoxide poisoning, burns, and ischemia, amongst many others. Extensive medical research suggests that hyperbaric oxygen therapy is also a powerful neurotherapeutic treatment for brain repair and can help guests suffering from autism, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Alzheimer’s disease, and many other neurological disabilities.

As users of all ages continue to experience the benefits of HBOT, it is expected to continue increasing in popularity. Clinical trials have proven HBOT to be effective for a number of medical problems.

  • Increases Oxygen Delivery to Tissues
Boosts oxygen levels in blood and tissues, even in areas with poor circulation.

    Accelerates Wound Healing
Stimulates growth of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) and tissue repair.

    Reduces Inflammation & Swelling
Suppresses inflammatory response and decreases edema.

    Fights Infection
Enhances white blood cell activity and kills anaerobic bacteria directly.

    Improves Outcomes in Radiation Injuries
Restores damaged tissue from radiation therapy (e.g., osteoradionecrosis).

Supports Recovery from Carbon Monoxide Poisoning
Rapidly clears CO from hemoglobin and restores oxygen delivery.

    Assists in Treating Chronic Infections
Effective against certain hard-to-treat infections like necrotizing fasciitis or refractory osteomyelitis.

    Promotes Collagen & Skin Regeneration
Stimulates fibroblast activity, essential for skin and connective tissue repair.

    Enhances Neuroplasticity (Off-Label Use)
May support brain healing in stroke, TBI, or cerebral palsy (still under study).

Reduces Gas Bubbles in Decompression Sickness
Essential for divers and others experiencing “the bends.”

  • Pre-Session (Preparation)

    • Clothing: You'll change into 100% cotton garments (to reduce fire risk); no electronics, lotions, or jewelry are allowed inside the chamber.

    • Briefing: A technician explains what to expect, how to equalize ear pressure, and how to communicate during the session.

    Entering the Chamber

    • Monoplace Chamber: You lie down in a hard shell tube; the entire chamber fills with 100% oxygen and pressurizes.

    Pressurization Phase (10–15 minutes)

    • Feeling Pressure: The chamber begins to pressurize, similar to the sensation during airplane takeoff or scuba diving.

    • Ear Pressure Equalization: You'll need to yawn, swallow, or perform the Valsalva maneuver to equalize pressure in your ears.

    • Technician Support: Monitored constantly—if you’re uncomfortable, the technician can slow or stop the pressurization.

    Treatment Phase (60–90 minutes)

    • Breathing Oxygen: At full pressure (usually 2.0 to 2.5 ATA), you breathe near 100% oxygen.

    • Activities: In the chambers, you can rest or read a book.

    • Physiological Effects: Oxygen saturates the plasma, delivering more O₂ to tissues than is possible under normal pressure.

    Depressurization Phase (10–15 minutes)

    • Slow Pressure Reduction: The chamber is gradually brought back to normal atmospheric pressure.

    • Ear Popping Again: You may feel your ears "pop" as pressure equalizes once more.

    Post-Session

    • Exit & Decompression: You get out of the chamber, change clothes, and may feel a bit lightheaded or tired (or energized!).

  • Single Session

    $150.00 for 60 min

    $200.00 for 90 min

    10 60 min Sessions $1200.00
